The studio album was originally released only in Australia by Liberation 
Records in the Spring 2004. In Europe it was released in October 2004 
by EMI simultaneously with a live DVD filmed in Sydney.

In July 2005 T2 Media released the concert on CD titled 'Live In Sydney 2004'. 
There is also a limited edition 2-disc version with bonus interview CD.

Since then there have been several re-releases on both the studio album 
and live album on CD or video. Most of these are shown here.
