Chris Slade replaced Lee Kerslake in late 1979. He plays on one album and one single. RECORDINGS LP CONQUEST 1980 7" Think It Over / My Joanna Needs Tuning 1981 Before Heep Slade had played with Tom Jones & Manfred Mann's Earth Band. The line-up disbanded in 1981. Since then he has been a member of The Firm, AC/DC & Asia among others.
