Wetton plays bass guitar on two Uriah Heep studio albums. He joined after Gary Thain was fired. He was contracted for period of two albums and left after his contract was fulfilled in Summer of 1976. RECORDINGS LP RETURN TO FANTASY 1975 LP HIGH AND MIGHTY 1976 Before joining Heep Wetton was in e.g. King Crimson, Family & Roxy Music. After leaving Heep he formed UK & Asia before starting his succesful solo career. Besided these he has played with a lot of bands and artists on session basis. John Wetton died 21st January 2017 because of colorectal cancer.
